How it works
A customer presses to order and the call lands on your operator’s screen with a timer already running. Full-duplex audio means your order taker talks and listens at once, so it sounds like a normal conversation instead of a walkie-talkie. Wireless headsets free the team from the console, up to 64 stalls show on one screen, and every call routes over your network — no punch-down wiring back to the console.

For carhops and customers
Indoor tray-pickup queue with per-stall timers and selectable carhop alert tones — display-driven and purpose-built for carhop service.
Outdoor customer-facing display in 43″, 55″, and 65″ with full-sun 2000-nit brightness. Runs rotating menu features and limited-time promos that upsell customers while they wait at the stall.
Running the lot
One screen for the whole lot: every stall’s calls and tray requests, live Top-5 queues with timers, your own recorded greetings, Off-Hours messaging, and one-touch power for the menu displays. Listen in on any position to train your team.
The backbone. A rack-mounted network call server, PoE switch, and UPS battery backup with surge protection route every stall, console, and headset call over your network — no punch-down wiring to the console.
Optional add-on
Wall-mounted indoor speaker with volume control that pipes live order audio into the kitchen, so cooks start prepping before the ticket prints.
Works with the rest of your setup
CurbCom 2 works with the CurbVu stall menus you already run, so upgrading doesn’t mean starting over — same curb, same cabling, smarter switchboard. It’s the full-duplex step up from CurbCom 1, adding wireless headsets, digital audio, and a live order queue. Add the Media Display Board to turn wait time into upsell time, or the Kitchen Monitor Speaker so the kitchen hears every order as it comes in.
