1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Robiccon online store at robiccon.com/store (the “Store”) and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or checking out, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

2. Account and eligibility
The Store is a gated, business-to-business store for approved customers. Access requires you to register an account and be approved by Robiccon before you can view pricing or place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Robiccon may approve, decline, suspend, or close accounts at its discretion.
3. Products and availability
Products are spare parts and accessories for drive-in and QSR ordering systems. We work to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free. Availability is subject to change, and we may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel orders (including after an order is placed) where necessary.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are visible only to approved, logged-in customers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; Robiccon does not store full card numbers. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge for the order total, including applicable tax and shipping. A $15 minimum order applies.
5. Sales tax
Robiccon collects sales tax as required by law. Sales tax is currently collected on orders shipped within Michigan.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship to destinations within the United States. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12, with free shipping on orders over $150. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Robiccon Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In summary: unused, unopened stocked parts may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping; custom and built-to-order items are non-returnable. 8. Warranty
Robiccon-manufactured products carry the Robiccon Limited Warranty, incorporated by reference. Resold or OEM components are covered only by their original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no other warranties, express or implied, apply. See the Limited Warranty for coverage, exclusions, and claims.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to resell or misrepresent products in violation of applicable law or any agreement with Robiccon.
10. Intellectual property
All Store content — including text, product descriptions, images, and logos — is owned by Robiccon or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robiccon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased through it. Robiccon’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Store is also governed by the Robiccon Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
13. Changes to these terms
Robiccon may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
