Every stall wired straight to your operator

A customer presses to order and your operator hears it right away. CurbCom 1 wires every stall directly to the operator’s station — simple, proven, and built to keep taking orders on your busiest night. Proudly made in the USA.

How it works

A customer presses to order and the stall button flashes at your operator’s station. The operator taps the stall, presses to talk, and releases to listen — clear both ways. Up to three operators can share the load on a busy night, and up to 32 stalls run on standard CAT5/CAT6 cable, so installs stay clean and service stays simple.

Built for a busy night

  • Press to talk, release to listen. Half-duplex audio keeps every exchange clear.
  • Every stall wired to the operator. Up to 32 stalls, with up to 3 operators sharing the load.
  • Nothing slips during a rush. A flashing stall button confirms each order request the moment it comes in.
  • Answer from the touchscreen. Tap a stall and talk, with push-to-talk right on the screen.
  • Carhops know where to go. The TPS-32 lights the stall number for tray pickup.
  • Simple to service. Standard CAT5/CAT6 cable, with all stall wiring landing in one punch block.
  • Room to grow. Add CurbVu stall menus for flashing order buttons, or step up to CurbCom 2 when you’re ready.
  • Professionally installed, backed by a Five-Year Limited Warranty, and proudly made in the USA.

What's in a system

Every install uses the same proven parts, matched to the size of your drive-in.

At the operator’s station

Touchscreen Operator Console
Touchscreen Operator Console

Tap a stall to answer, press to talk, release to listen. Android-based, so it can run wired at the station or wireless over our wireless network — some operators pair a tablet with the UltraLITE headset to answer anywhere on the lot.

Desktop Audio Console

Compact console with gooseneck microphone, built-in speaker, independent in/out volume knobs, and a physical push-to-talk as a second control.

Behind the wall

SCC-20 Switchboard Control Center

The heart of the system. One wall-mounted enclosure powers CurbCom 1 and routes every stall call to the console in priority order. Supports up to 32 stalls.

All stall wiring lands in one serviceable enclosure — up to 32 lines in and out — for clean installs and quick diagnostics.

For the carhops

TPS-32 Tray Pickup Station
TPS-32 Tray Pickup Station

Indoor numbered light panel covering up to 32 stalls. When a customer presses for tray pickup, the stall number lights up inside so a carhop knows exactly where to go — dual-sided, steady or flashing, with a volume-controlled alert.

Optional add-ons

UltraLITE HD Wireless Headset
UltraLITE HD Wireless Headset

Lightweight single-ear headset with volume control — adds hands-free push-to-talk mobility to the console.

Kitchen Monitor Speaker
Kitchen Monitor Speaker

Wall-mounted speaker with volume control that pipes live order audio into the kitchen, so cooks start prepping before the ticket prints.

Works with the rest of your setup

CurbCom 1 pairs with the rest of your Robiccon setup. Add CurbVu stall menus so the order button flashes at every stall, or add the Tray Return System to finish out the drive-in. And when you want hands-free audio, wireless headsets, and a live order queue on screen, CurbCom 1 steps up to CurbCom 2 — same curb, same cabling.
